When developing the series advanced motor driver products, we found there's no good designed components for the cooling high-power integrated circuit in robotics design. So we developed several modules and used the 3D printer to check if the shape and dimension is good enough for our robots and high-power devices.
The heatsink is manufactured by die casting process. The material of this heatsink is aluminium alloys.
